South Costa Blanca

Southern Costa Blanca starts just under Alicante and extends to Murcia. The area includes cities such as Torrevieja, San Pedro, Orihuela, Guardamar and Santa Pola. The southern part of the Costa Blanca is much drier and flatter than the Northern Costa Blanca and unlike the northern part, there is a large supply of land, which gives a lower price picture. Here are large sandy beaches, fine golf courses, hospitals, international schools, shopping malls and a large selection of housing.
