We are looking for a Real Estate Agent
Bosatt Costa Blanca is a real estate agency that welcomes anyone who is looking for their dream home in the Costa Blanca area. We provide a wide range of houses, apartments and plots in different price ranges. Great commitment, expertise and good local knowledge is a matter of course for our customers. We provide a comprehensive service to make you feel confident in your purchase and we can help with anything from financial calculations, construction, NIE, and other practical aspects required when buying a property.

Real estate agent
Start date summer 2022
The main task of the real estate agent is to mediate and deliver the dream home for our clients, making acquisitions, sales and listing properties. You will evaluate and make presentations of properties listed. As a real estate agent, you are professional and have a passion for relationship building. You will create an understanding of the client’s needs and deliver the best properties possible.You will also:
- Reach a personal budget
- Be updated on our product portfolio (new production and resale).
- Have knowledge of how to prepare a viewing
- Upon sale, you must be able to create your own purchase contract
You will report to our Sales Manager and be located at our office at Bulevard Dels Musics 21 in Albir.
We are looking for:
To succeed in the role, it is important that you can structure your work and have experience in sales, preferably in the real estate market. A high level of commitment and an independent way of working. You have a local network and good local knowledge. You can work with several processes and have the ability to prioritize and create structure to reach results. You always stay up to date with the constantly changing rules.
As a person, you enjoy working independently, but also communicate and collaborate well with colleagues.
We believe you have this knowledge and experience:
- To work in different systems.
- Working with International clients in the past is an advantage.
- Very good language skills in Spanish and English, both orally and in writing. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Driver’s license.
